Intervention1: observation: observation and palpation of the radial pulse

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria : Healthy participants will be selected for wave patterns initially and further the study is extended to patients for observation of changes in wave patterns. Participants above 18yrs of either sex to 40yrs (madhya vayaska- Middle aged) 12 will be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria: physically handicapped
