Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients above 18 years of age with eczematous disorder fulfilling hanafin and rajka criterian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant and lactating females. surgical or medical illness in last 4 weeks. acute infection in last 4 weeks. all patients of pyschiatric disorders on treatment except of depression and anxiety. patients already diagnosed with atopic dermatitis and on immunosuppresant treatment will be excluded from biomarker study
