Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient fulfilling 2015 American College of Rheumatology criteria for adult early RA 2. Grey scale ultrasound finding of joint effusion and synovial hypertrophy without bone erosion 3. Age group : 18-50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with wrist deformity 2. Thrombocytopenia (less than 1.8 lakhs /cumm) 3. Hypofibrinogenemia 4. Anticoagulation medications 5. Acute and chronic infections 6. Tubercular arthritis of wrist joint 7. Chronic liver disease 8. Patient who received corticosteroid injection in the last 6 weeks 9. Pregnancy
