Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing Rotator cuff repair surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fracture around the shoulder or upper limb 2. Previous diagnosis of chronic pain disorder e.g. fibromyalgia 3. History of previous shoulder surgery 4. History of trauma to the head/neck 5. Cervical radiculopathy 6. Neurological disorders (e.g. stroke, epilepsy, Parkinsonâ??s disease) 7. Systemic inflammatory disorders (e.g. Rheumatoid arthritis) 8. Psychological conditions in need of treatment (e.g. schizophrenia) 9. Consuming antidepressant, anticonvulsant 10. Malignancy
