Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primi in first stage of labour Primi with true labour pain having Bishop Score 5 to 8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any systemic disorders and pregnancy induced complications that may interfere with the course of the treatment Cephalo pelvic Disproportion. In patients with abnormal foetal presentations, positions cord prolapse and cord coiling around the neck of foetus Foetal distress meconium stained liquor Ante partum haemorrhage Preterm labour
