Intervention1: Range of Motion Exercises: Intervention will be given for three months and follow up will be for another three months five days in a week (monday to Friday) for the period of halfanhour

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elders who are ambulatory elders who are willing to participate in the study and who are available at the time of data collection elders who are able to read and write English and Telugu languages

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: elders who are having severe cognitive impairment elders who are having major debilitating or terminal illness
