Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age more than 18 years. (2)Patients with microbiologically confirmed cases (Sputum positive for AFB smear or CB-NAAT, BAL positive for AFB smear or culture or CB-NAAT) of pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of diagnosis (3)Newly diagnosed patients or already diagnosed and on the anti-tubercular treatment having all previous investigations and treatment records (4)Willing to participate and give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Serological evidence of an acute infection with hepatitis B or C. (2) Patient with HIV. (3) Patients with malignancy.
