Inclusion criteria: Thoracic surgery requiring LDLT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Difficult intubation No lung sliding sign before start of procedure Preganancy Previous thoracic surgery

MeasureTime frame
For confirmation of position of double lumen tube fiberoptic bronchoscope is used which is invasive and not usually available at all settings. So in this study, Ultrasound method will be used for assessment of correct position of DLT as compared to clinical method. Ultrasound is non-invasive, inexpensive, non-traumatizing and usually available at resource limiting settings.Timepoint: For confirmation of position of double lumen tube fiberoptic bronchoscope is used which is invasive and not usually available at all settings. So in this study, Ultrasound method will be used for assessment of correct position of DLT as compared to clinical method.
