Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years Patients requiring mechanical ventilation Hemodynamically stable ICU patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Upper airway pathology(maxillofacial fractures, tumors, anatomical deformities) Cervical spine fracture Midline neck swellings Recent head and neck surgery
