Inclusion criteria: patients with 1st , 2nd, 3rd degree haemorrhoids , bleeding piles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known Case Of:- Thrombosed Piles Piles Infected Fistula in ano Prolapsed of the rectum perineal Abscess Malignancy Crohns disease Ulcerative colitis Rectal polyp Diverticulitis Hypertension , Diabeties, Anaemia
