Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Own an android smartphone/ have access to a computer Studying (BA/BSc./B.Com) in arts and science college in the tricity region illicit drug specific ASSIST score between 4-26 Providing informed consent (in smartphone app and web portal) Able to read Hindi/English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling to participate in the study ASSIST Score below 4 or above 26 Brief intervention by pre existing SBIRT program in past 3 months Participation in on-site addiction treatment program
