Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Diagnosis of cancer at any point of time (i.e., no defined timeframe between diagnosis and study entry) 2. Currently treated with curative intent or palliative care for any length of time 3. Age 12-17 years at the time of recruitment/study entry 4. English literate patients 5. Willingness of child to provide assent for the study in addition to consent of the parent/gaurdian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Cancer survivors (i.e., participants who have completed treatment with curative intent and are now cancer-free).
