Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above the age of 18 years and below the age of 70 years. 2. Patients with headache who attend Otorhinolaryngology outpatient department at Father Muller Medical College Hospital. 3. Patients who are willing to participate in the study.

To study the risk factors for progression from episodic to chronic daily headache. 3. To assess the impact of headache on the quality of life of the patient using the HIT - 6 questionnaire.
