Intervention1: black sesame seeds: experimental group will recieve 2 tsp black sesame seed along with their vegetarian diet everyday morning 8.30 am before breakfast for 6 weeks Control Intervention1:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects willing to stay on a vegetarian diet for 6 weeks. 2.Subjects willing to participate in the study by giving a signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hemoglobin 2.Subjects undergoing iron supplementation 3.Subjects having history of acute and chronic blood loss, example Malena due Hemorrhoids ,Inflammatory bowel disorder, esophageal varices, Gastric erosion ,peptic ulcer disesease , bleeding disorders, hemoglobinopathies, malignancy, pregnancy and lactating women
