Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The DCCs minimum educational qualification should be Graduate Degree. 2.The DCCs should be working full time in any organization or setting. 3.The DCCs should be married for duration of two years and must be staying together in the same household
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are the DCCs or children with any reported mental or physical disability will be excluded from the study
