Control Intervention1: 1.Hot sitz bath of indigenous formulation kwath : Group A Hot sitz bath of Indigenous formulation kwath in Parikartika (fissure-in-ano) twice daily after defecation for 16 days

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed /confirmed by inspection as having Parikartika (Acute Fissure in Ano) with duration less than 28 days. Patient of either sex, cast,occupation, and religen will be included randomly. Person currently taking no medication. Controlled cases of Hypertension and Diabetes mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Fissure in Ano having duration more than 28 days. -Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years. -Patient having Parikartika (Fissure-in-Ano) secondary to Crohns disease, Ulcerativ colitis, syphilis,tuberculosis will be excluded. -Patient having anal or perianal cancer. -HIV, HBsAg, HCV, positive case. -Fissure-in-Ano associsted with piles, Fistula-in-Ano. -Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus. -Uncontrolled Hypertension. -Mentally sick patient.
