Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with age more than 18 years with AKI due to tropical diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are known case of chronic kidney disease on maintenance hemodialysis. 2. Immunocompromised individuals or patients who are an immunosuppressive therapy 3. Pregnant women 4. Patients with known malignancy 5.Cases were etiology not identified are excluded from the study.
