Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First MTP angle >15º Gastrocnemius muscle tightness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of foot or ankle surgery Fracture of lower limb Any systematic disorder(RA or gout) Patient using anti-inflammatory drug or analgesics. Knee flexion contracture Any inflammatory disease or neurological condition Pregnant or breast feeding women
