Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are not contraindicated for the Vairechanika Nasya Karma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient Having Migraine except like Migraine with Aura, Familial Hemiplegic Migraine, Complicated Migraine. Patient Suffering from Sinusitis, Hypertension, Secondary Headache caused By Meningitis, Tumor, Encephalitis, Cervical Spondylitis, Refractive Error. Patient who need Psychiatric Treatment. Patient who need surgical and intervention (Polyps etc.)

Headache Impact Test emphasis the impact of Headache in their lifestyle.It assesses how much headache reduces their productivity of the day to day work, increases irritability and their social life.
