Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are not contraindicated for the Vairechanika Nasya Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Having Migraine except like Migraine with Aura, Familial Hemiplegic Migraine, Complicated Migraine. Patient Suffering from Sinusitis, Hypertension, Secondary Headache caused By Meningitis, Tumor, Encephalitis, Cervical Spondylitis, Refractive Error. Patient who need Psychiatric Treatment. Patient who need surgical and intervention (Polyps etc.)

MeasureTime frame
Result will be assessed before and after the treatment on the basis of HIT-6TM(Headache Impact Test-6)(given at the end of this session). Headache Impact Test emphasis the impact of Headache in their lifestyle.It assesses how much headache reduces their productivity of the day to day work, increases irritability and their social life. Result will be Assessed before , during and after the treatment on the basis of Migraine Disability Assessment Test (MIDAS). .Timepoint: 15 Days.

Symptoms of Ardhavabhedka(Migraine) will be given various gradations as per their severity according to Ayurvedic as well as Modern Medical Texts. Assessment of Nasya Karma will be done on the basis of Samyakyoga,Ayoga and Atiyoga of Nasya KarmaTimepoint: 15 Days.
