Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with cerebral palsy posted for all types of minor surgeries such as plasters, tenotomies and botox injections would be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of consent from parents, children already receiving any of these drugs.

MeasureTime frame
To detect the effectiveness of Ondansetron and Ondansetron along with dexamethasone in cerebral palsy (CP) children for postoperative nausea vomiting (PONV).Timepoint: 30minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours and any other episodes post-operatively apart from these specific periods in 24 hours. All episodes of POV and retching would be recorded, iv Metoclopromide 0.2mg/kg will be given as rescue

Need of rescue anti-emetic.Timepoint: 30minutes, 1 and 2 hours any other episodes in 24 hours postoperatively
