Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with cerebral palsy posted for all types of minor surgeries such as plasters, tenotomies and botox injections would be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal of consent from parents, children already receiving any of these drugs.

| To detect the effectiveness of Ondansetron and Ondansetron along with dexamethasone in cerebral palsy (CP) children for postoperative nausea vomiting (PONV).Timepoint: 30minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours and any other episodes post-operatively apart from these specific periods in 24 hours. All episodes of POV and retching would be recorded, iv Metoclopromide 0.2mg/kg will be given as rescue | — |
