Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All COVID-19 patients of age 18yrs and above having PaO2/FiO2(P/F) ratio less then 200mmHg at admission in ICU ( severe COVID ARDS) and were discharged from it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient died in COVID ICU 2.Patient age less then 18yrs of age

MeasureTime frame
To compare respiratory parameters between patients receiving NIV versus MV at 3 months post ICU discharge.Timepoint: To compare respiratory parameters between patients receiving NIV versus MV at 3 months follow up post ICU discharge.

6 minute walk test (6MWT), health related quality of life (HR-QOL), death post ICU discharge, medication received at discharge, readmission post discharge.Timepoint: 3 months post ICU discharge
