Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients referred to the Department of Radiodiagnosis and Imaging,SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar for CT-guided lung biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with age Pregnant women, Uncooperative patients, Patients with pulmonary hypertension, Highly vascular lesions, Severe anemia, Patients with uncorrected coagulopathy, Hydatid Cyst, Contralateral pneumonectomy Hemodynamically unstable patients.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in the rate of pneumothorax post CT-guided Lung biopsy.Timepoint: 1,2,3,6,12,18,24,30,36 months and so on.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in the rate of chest tube placement for pneumothorax complicating CT-guided lung biopsy.Timepoint: 1,2,3,6,12,18,24,30,36 months and so on.
