Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Crepitus on knee motion Bony tenderness or joint line tenderness Morning stiffness Knee pain on NPRS > 2 on activities like prolonged sitting, walking, ascending/descending stairs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent knee surgery within last 6 months Any recent administration of intra-articular steroid injection within last 6 months Rheumatoid arthritis/ Systemic inflammatory arthritis Ligament injury within last 6 months
