Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed patients of Diabetes Mellitus Type II and Pre Diabetes According to American Diabetes Association criteria. 2. Subjects having intellectual stress occupation like professors, IT engineers, Doctors businessman and so on 3. HbA1ac in between 5.7% to 9.5%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients Pre diagnosed having Type I and Type II Diabetes Mellitus and those who are suffering from major illness like cancer, AIDS, T.B etc. 2.Pregnant and lactating mother. 3.HbA1ac >9.5%
