Inclusion criteria: patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of janu sandhigata vata patients fit for administration of basti karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients suffering from any other systemic illness janu sandhivata with piitanubandhi and kaphanubandhi will excluded
