Intervention1: Dual task obstacle walking: Crossing Four obstacles on 10 meter pathway along with cognitive task for 15-20 minutes, 3 times a week for 3 weeks. Control Intervention1: Dual task walking

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Able to walk 10 meters with or without assistive devices 2) Score greater than or equal to 24 on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any Neurological disorders affecting balance and Gait 2) Any Musculoskeletal deformities of lower limbs affecting balance and Gait 3) Uncorrected hearing and visual impairments. 4) On anti-depressants
