Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient is called to have chronic spontaneous urticaria when there is â??Spontaneous appearance of wheals, angioedema or both for > 6 weeks due to known (For example, autoreactivity, that is the presence of mast cell-activating auto-antibodies) or unknown causesâ?? 1 Inclusion criteria 1. Patients fulfilling above definition. 2. Age >= 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute urticaria ( 2. H/o syncopal attack and bronchospasm during preceding episodes of urticaria which is indicative of anaphylaxis. 3. Age 4. Chronic inducible urticaria 5. Urticarial vasculitits. 6. Patients suffering from hereditary angioedema (HAE).
