Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient showing classical signs and symptoms of manyastambha ruka stambha and kriyakashtata of manya Pradesh Patient of age 20 to 60 years irrespective of gender religion and economic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nasya anarha Known cases of congenital anomalies of spine Known cases of cerebral injury cerebral haemorrhage and cerebral pathology fracture or dislocation of cervical vertebrae and inter vertebral disc, patients of accidental cases infective diseases of spine Known cases of covid 19

To compare the efficacy of pippalyadi avapida nasya 4 drops in each nostril in the morning for 7 days with jinginyadi avapida nasya 4 drops in each nostril in morning for 7 daysTimepoint: 7 days with follow up on 3rd 5th 8th and 15th day
