Intervention1: Point of care lung ultrasound in mechanically ventilated patients.: After enrolling the patients according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, serial lung ultrasounds will be performed

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the mechanically ventilated children between 1 month to 12 years of age admitted in PICU.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All the mechanically ventilated children who did not survive till first baseline lung ultrasound is done (within the first 24 hours).
