Inclusion criteria: Actively participating in Foot Ball atleast 5hrs/Week Actively participating in Football since 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous ligament injuries around knee and ankle History of fractures in Hip, Knee and Ankle
