Interventions

Intervention1: SPI group SPI guided use of Fentanyl administration: In SPI group Induction will be achieved with midazolam 0.1mg/kg, along with titrated doses of fentanyl infused at a rate of 1mcg/kg/

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing elective isolated coronary artery bypass graft

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, Acute MI(within a month), Left main coronary artery(LMCA) or LMCA equivalent disease, EF Patient requiring ionotropes or Pacing in the pre bypass period, more than one attempt at laryngoscopy and intubation or methods other than conventional laryngoscopy will also be excluded from study.
