Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) All patients above 18 years b) History of non traumatic shoulder stiffness for more than 4 weeks c) No detectable shoulder pathology in radiograph d) No evidence of rotator cuff tear on USG or MRI e) No history of pre-existing diabetes mellitus f) No history of pre-existing hypothyroidism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patients below 18 years b) History of Inflammatory Arthropathy c) History of ipsilateral shoulder trauma ( fracture and/or dislocation) d) Patients with overlying skin infection over the shoulder
