Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with young permanent teeth having vital pulp. Patients having permanent molars with a deep carious lesion. Patients with pulp exposure due to caries or trauma. Patients with carious teeth having spontaneous pain. Patients with no h/o swelling. Patients with no clinical or radiographic evidence of pulp degeneration. Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with such excessive bleeding from the root canal, indicating irreversible pulpitis. Patients with teeth showing radiographic evidence internal or external root resorption. Patients with radiographic evidence of periapical lesion. Patients with clinical presence of swelling or sinus tract Patients unwilling to participate in the study.
