Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age below 75 years 2. Both gender 3. Modified Hoen and Yahr stage 1.5-3 4. Facial expressivity score ââ?°Â¥ 2 on Movement Disorder Society sponsored Unified Parkinsonââ?¬•s Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS) 5. Absence of orofacial dyskinesia 6. Scoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. If unable to understand and respond to verbal commands 2. MoCA score � 25/26 3. Underwent previous surgical interventions for PD
