Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having any kind of chronic progressive illness and shifted in intensive care (ICU) for further management. 2.Who himself (or with the help of attendant) ready to participate and agree to provide details.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients shifted in intensive care (ICU) for any acute region. 2.Patients do not have any history of chronic progressive illness. 3.Patients not willing to participate / not agree to provide details.
