Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents aged 12-18 years 2. At least one instance of NSSI in the past 1 year 3. Comprehension of English or Hindi Language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of psychotic disorder 2. Diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) 3. Diagnosis of intellectual disability (IDD) 4. Patients who are suicidal without NSSI 5. Self-injury due to another mental or medical conditions including Lesch-Nyhan syndrome, stereotypical movement disorder, trichotillomania, and excoriation 6. Patients undergoing individual psychotherapy 7. Patients who are attending family therapy
