Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare intraoperative hemodynamic changes mainly bradycardia and hypotension of spinal anaesthesia with general anaesthesia for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Timepoint: Values recorded at baseline, after spinal/intubation, before gas insufflation, at maximum insufflation ,After insufflation ,During gall bladder handling, end of surgery and immediate post operative period.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the total cost of anaesthesia between spinal and general anaesthesiaTimepoint: 10 months; To compare the total time of study between spinal and general anaesthesia.Timepoint: 10 months
