Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged more than 18 years, including both sexes under going urological surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with preoperative intubated trachea Critically ill patients who bypass PACU

Primary outcome will be early postoperative complicationsTimepoint: Primary outcome will be early postoperative complications within one hour after surgery
