Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years Gestational age >28 weeks All the patients with spontaneous onset of labour All the hypertensive patients i.e gestational hypertension, pre eclampsia, eclampsia, and chronic hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous Caesarean section Multiple pregnancy, polyhyramnios Placenta previa or placenta accreta syndrome, placental abruption Instrumental deliveries Grand multiparity Chorioamnionitis Anemia with Hb Induced labour Women with medical disorders like thromboembolic disease, heart disease, liver, renal disorders, epilepsy, Diabetes mellitus or Gestational diabetes mellitus.
