Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females Aged between 18-25 years. Regular Menstrual cycles. Patients who are willing to participate. Nulliparous.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: �Females who have cardiopulmonary or orthopedic problems. �Females taking any hormonal drugs or drugs that affect hormones such as antidepressants. �Females who are diagnosed with endocrine abnormality as thyroid, pituitary, or ovarian disorders, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) were excluded. �Females who are hydrophobic.
