Inclusion criteria: Patients with inguinal hernia Patients having hydrocele

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obstructive hernia Stragulated hernia HIV and immunodeficiency patients Patients having cancer Hepatitis infected patients Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus patients HB% less than 8 g/dl
