Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic male badminton players. Players in practice for at least 2 years / 1 year. The grip strength and shoulder power of the dominant hand is assessed as they are correlated with the performance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with injuries of the upper limb (past 1 year, as it would affect the performance of the participant) Recent major fractures of the upper or lower limb. Neurological condition such as cervical radiculopathy.
