Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA I. Both sex: male and female patients II. Age between 20-55 years III. American Society of Anaesthesiologists [ASA] physical status: Grade I and II IV. Body Mass Index (BMI): 18 - 30 V. In patients undergoing elective major surgeries under General Anaesthesia VI. Patients undergoing laparotomies, laparoscopic surgeries, orthopedic surgeries, gynecological surgeries and urological procedures VII. Literates VIII. Patients who receives premedication tab alprazolam 0.25 mg HS and 0.25 mg CMS7 IX. Patients coming for surgery before 11am

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA I. Pregnant or lactating women II. Undergone surgeries in the past III. Difficult airway IV. Deeply sedated patients V. Drug or alcohol abuse VI. Obstructive sleep apnea VII. Seizure disorder VIII. Malignant conditions IX. Intellectual disability X. On antifungal, macrolides XI. Significantly impaired eyesight or hearing
