Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Urine Output less than 1ml/Kg/ hour for minimum 6hours (KDIGO 1) b. Incremental Fluid Overload ( >1%) in two consecutive 6 hourly quadrants of Fluid Overload assessment. c. Clinical evidence of pulmonary fluid overload with no identified pre-existing heart disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Children who are in AKI KDIGO stages III at the time of hospitalization. b. Children who are known cases of CKD

To assess Maximum KDIGO stage at 24 hours of completion of frusemide trial in responders Vs non responders - Assessed by creatinine at 24 and 48 hours of completing frusemide trial. . To compare discharge creatinine and eGFR by CKiD Creatinine formula among responders Vs non responders.Timepoint: Followed up at 24hours and 48 hours of completion of frusemide trial
