Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA physical status I and II. 2 Age between 18 to 70 years. 3 Body mass index 4 Patients undergoing open abdominal surgeries under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient refusal to give consent. 2 Pediatric patients. 3 Pregnancy. 4 Difficult airway 5 Obesity (bmi >30 kg/m2) 6 Symptomatic reflux 7 hepatic/renal dysfunction, 8 patients on chronic pain treatment. 9 Coagulopathy 10 Laporoscopic surgeries
