Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All children 2. Children with LGBS within 16 weeks of diagnosis. 3. Willing to follow up. 4. Availability of smart phone and internet connection with the parents. 5. Informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with LGBS with >16 weeks after the diagnosis (to exclude SIDP cases) 2 Denial of consent by parent/guardian. 3 Unable to contact the parent/guardian. 4 Lack of smart phone with internet with the family.
