Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 to 65 years of both gender. 2. BMI > 22.9 kg/m2 3. Patient with H/O nocturnal stridor and/or OSA (obstructive sleep apnea) 4. Patient with ASA class 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refuse to give consent. 2. Age 65 years. 3. Patient with known airway pathology, morbid obesity, pregnancy. 4. Patient with ASA class 3 and 4.

Ease of intubation â?? measured in terms of time taken, different manoeuvre like jaw thrust, tongue traction, etc. needed and difficulty in passing endotracheal tube over fibroscope.Timepoint: time taken in intubation

MeasureTime frame
1) Oxygenation in term of Spo2 from start of induction till 5 min post intubation. 2. Effect of BMI on intubating condition. 3. Haemaodynamics in term of SBP, DBP Mean Blood pressure and Heart Rate from start of induction till 5min post intubation.Timepoint: before intubation, immediate after intubation,5 minutes after intubation
