Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Group 1- Hemodynamically stabe patients. Minimum 24 patients of isolated blunt abdominal trauma.(cases) Group 2- Hemodynamically stable patients. Minimum 24 patients without any evidence of abdominal trauma viz.-isolated chest trauma or orthopaedic trauma or traumatic brain injury (controls)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hemodynamically unstable patients Any patients in group 1 if further diagnosed as polytrauma. Any patients in group 2 if diagnosed having associated abdominal trauma; will be excluded from the study.
