Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient with 1.Age- 40-60 yrs 2.BMI- 25 to 35 weight/hight(m)2 3.Waist circumference- >90 cm. in males >80 cm in females 4.Hypertriglyceridemia- Triglyceride 150mg/dl to 499mg/dl or on specific medication Low HDL cholesterol- 5.Hypertensive patient with Blood pressure >130/85 to 159/99mmHg or on specific medication 6.Diabetic patient with Fasting plasma glucose; 100 to 150 mg/dl or on specific medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age- 60 yrs 2.BMI- 35 weight/hight(m)2 3.Waist circumference- 4.Triglyceride: >500 mg/dl Low HDL cholesterol >40 mg/dl in males and >50 mg/dl in females 5.Hypertension- Blood pressure >159/99 mmHg 6.Fasting plasma glucose >150mg/dl Other illness: Chronic illness like T.B., Cancer, Drug or chemical induced DM. Certain genetics disorders, obese and hypertensive with major complication,
