Inclusion criteria: All patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction <45 yrs of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hep B 2) Hep C 3) Alcoholic Hepatitis 4) Autoimmune diseases/hepatitis 5) Chronic kidney disease 6) Hepatocellular carcinoma
